***Remember to update staff list on network folder anytime there is a change. Email Adrienne and Angie new activity schedules if there are any changes.

***Reminder: there are many vendor catalogs in grant office to borrow/use.

 ***It has been requested that we send all donations each month to Mr. Cammarata. The next board meeting is September 25th. Please submit to Angie a full list of donations (including who it is from, items, amount of items, and estimated value) through September 7 by September 14th so that she may forward on to Mr. Cammarata.
 
***Required Training with Fort Worth ISD and Denton ISD – Site Coordinators and Family Engagement Specialists
October 19, 9-12, Secondary at Coliseum
October 26, 9-12, Elementary at Coliseum

***Informational item: If you miss a site coordinator meeting or training, you will be asked to set up a time to come in and be debriefed in the grant office.

***Any new hires during the year have 6 weeks to complete safety online training videos. Remember, you must pay outside employees for their time spent on this training.
Any information regarding hiring, firing, or resignations of Aspire employees must be sent to Toni and Angie so an updated list can be maintained. Any resignations need to come with a resignation letter, better to get a letter for current status and we reinstate them later than to keep them in the system for a year while they are not working.


***If you need to schedule air for special events – B & G needs two business days notice. (Ex: to schedule air after hours on Monday, they would need to know the previous Wednesday). As always, send requests to Angie only.
